White Glove, Best Car Buying Experience I Ever Had!!! This place and these guys are awesome!! I read the reviews prior to calling and one stood out particularly about Alfonso (Carlino) Sales Consultant. I decided to call Alfonso. I was in search of a specific (CPO) Escalade ESV which they had. I can tell you from start to finish he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He's simply the best! His entire team made this the easiest and best car buying experience EVER! The finance manager John (Frantzis) was an amazing guy and you can tell they really value your business. I was on vacation and I drove from over 2 hrs away to get there and the vehicle will be traveling over a 1000 miles to get home!! Lets just say I have a happy wife! Everything was exactly as described by Alfonso and these guys are all class acts. Special thanks to Chris and also to Lloyd for taking the time to show us and explain all the features of our new vehicle. They really gave us the white glove treatment. I was very impressed by the whole team. Thank you guys!! More
Ruined My Credit Score After I turned in my lease, I was told that the disposition fee would be waived if I bought any car from the lot even if it wasn't a GM. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and I received a final bill from GM. The dealership wouldn't even meet me halfway with the fee, which they knew was unjust. More
I was 1,500 miles away from home... and I'd do it again. My wife and I were looking for a SUV to replace her vehicle. I did a search on-line and found a few that we liked... one was just 3 miles from our home here in Oklahoma, and another was at North Bay Cadillac on Long Island. As luck would have it, I already had plans to be out in New York on business... so I drove over to the dealership to look at the Cadillac XT5 Luxury AWD to see how it looked. In the mean time, my wife went and test drove an identical one here in Oklahoma to see if she liked it and could make a deal. I wasn't sure what to expect walking on to the dealership lot... some places swarm on top of you like vultures, looking for a quick meal. That WASN'T the case here. People were friendly, checked on me, but didn't try to smother me as I looked the vehicles over. After a short time, Alfonso came up and asked me if I was being helped. He was polite, unassuming, and my initial thought was that he seemed genuine. I told him that I was interested in one of the four XT5's on their lot. He quickly grabbed the keys, handed them to me, and stepped back so that I could look it over. Alfonso was knowledgeable about the vehicle, explained the options/features, and told me that as a Cadillac Pre-Owned Certified vehicle that it still had a warranty... something that I wasn't really looking for, but was a pleasant surprise. He showed me the other three XT5's, but I knew that the one I was looking at was the one my wife likely wanted so we didn't spend much time on the others. I left the dealership without making any commitments, wanting to do more research and talk to the wife before making a decision. I got ZERO pressure about that... which surprised me. I came back over the weekend and met with Tony, and I told him that I had been working with Alfonso and knew that he had the day off, but that I wanted to test drive the XT5. He didn't hesitate... he grabbed a temporary tag, put it on the vehicle, and off I went. The XT5 is a nice vehicle, and after a few trips around the block I knew that this was the one for us. On Monday morning, I contacted Alfonso and we negotiated a price on the vehicle. I wasn't expecting a huge discount from the price that they had on-line, as it was (literally) the best priced XT5 I could find on the Internet. Being a used/pre-owned SUV, a few minor blemishes are to be expected, but a few I knew had to be fixed to pass the 'wife approved' test. They offered to make the necessary repairs, but I was short on time so they dropped the price a little bit to cover it. Done deal! Here's where things get complicated... I'm sitting in the dealership and waiting on a funds transfer from my Credit Union so I can drive home, when I get the call that we have severe weather in Oklahoma and they are sending everyone home early for the day. Tornadoes are no joke... and when they hit, you had better be prepared. So my Credit Union bailed mid-transfer and I was stuck at the dealership without any way to pay for the XT5. The folks at North Bay Cadillac just rolled with it. It had to have sounded like the biggest load of xx they had ever heard, but you'd never know it... they handled it with grace and style. The next morning when the weather had passed, my Credit Union came through and sent the funds to the dealership. When I showed up, the XT5 was cleaned up and their detail guy was putting the final touches on it as I walked up. We finalized the paperwork, ran through the safety checks, signed us up for three free months of On-Star, and I was on my way back home. 1,500 miles and an average of 28 MPG later... and I'm second guessing this being my wife's vehicle instead of mine. It's THAT nice! The ride home was an adventure... and the XT5 never disappointed. It was a quiet and comfortable ride, it had great road manners, and is an overall joy to drive. But the best part of this entire adventure was my experience with the folks at North Bay Cadillac! Alfonso, Tony, Petar, Chris, Lloyd... you can't go wrong with these guys. Was it an absolutely perfect experience? No... but we're all human, and while some mistakes were made in the front office, Alfonso stepped up and made it right, without question. No ego, no excuses, just humble honesty and a commitment to do the right thing. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him or his Team... even from 1,500 miles away. It's a safety feature that I paid extra for and have in all of my other brand cars and had it in my 2 previous terrains . The car has been at dealer service for almost a month and it still doesn't work even though the dealer says it's working properly. The mechanic who told me it works was unable to get it to work on a test drive even though at the end of the that drive it didn't work even once. It's a defect in the system which gm refuses to acknowledge. More

I was 100% satisfied that I was getting a fair deal. His excellent customer service, friendly warm and honorable manner made the experience a pleasure. He went above and beyond from a customer service perspective. Also in dealing with Lloyd and John was a pleasure. They were both amiable, professional and very welcoming. When it’s time to get my next vehicle I’ll be buying from Petar! More
