Norris Honda - Service Center

Took 2 visits for them to fix what I knew was wrong with car Bought car in Feb 2015; been having tire problems ever since; dealer tried to first tell me nothing was wrong with tires but I've been losing pressure Bought car in Feb 2015; been having tire problems ever since; dealer tried to first tell me nothing was wrong with tires but I've been losing pressure every couple of weeks since car was purchased; my step dad took off the tires at home and proved the problem was leaky stem valves then returned to the dealer to fight with them on my behalf; they fixed the tires and even had the nerve to try to charge for the repair; they should have paid my step-dad since he is the one who actually solved the problem; not impressed at all More

I called first to let the service manager, Joe, know that I didn't have much time. During this time of the year, I work morning, noon and night. They made it easy for me to have my car serviced during the work day and still be at work for the full day. I appreciated that they shuttled me to and from work even though I work about 20 minutes from th the work day and still be at work for the full day. The staff assisted me from the receiving to the cashier are very customer friendly. Never treated this way before from other shop where I used to bring my other car.
