They did have to order a part so I had to come back again (but not their fault) and everything was completed. Friendly, knowledgeable service people and they gave me good estimate of how long it would take for the repairs to be completed and they were on target since I was waiting each time. More
Bad service dept Call Norris Honda told them check engine light was on. They sent two guys out and drove the car to the dealership. Big surprise it broke down right Call Norris Honda told them check engine light was on. They sent two guys out and drove the car to the dealership. Big surprise it broke down right across the street and they had to push it into the service bay. They put a brand-new radiator in it and oh surprise the car still doesn't run. Now they say it needs a transmission. Well who the xxxx drives a car with the check engine light on? Even in the book it says "do not drive your car when the check engine light is on." $1200 for a radiator and now it needs a transmission. Oh, but they'll give us a good deal on a new vehicle!!! Going to bad mouth this dealership to every patient that I see at work and to everyone that I know via Facebook. Oh yeah, they basically treated me like crap when I complained and told us EVERYTIME we asked for a person higher up in management, that they were at lunch. I went back after lunch and was told that now they were in a meeting. Husband was told the EXACT same thing when he went a week later trying to resolve this. I was also told by The service technician that Honda has a safety switch on it that shuts the engine down when the check engine light comes on. Well, my question is this, if you knew that then why did you drive the car with the check engine light on? Basically they broke the transmission and now want us to pay for it. More

Got the car back - pulls to the left when diving, so alignment sacked. Power steering pump works ok but now makes strange sound- not whining. They did nothing about the check engine light, though they had Carte Blanche. We're supposed to also change battery and cable, not done. Had to have a tire repaired afterwards - they even took all my locking lugs. xxx. Then basically called me a liar when I called to complain. Never again. I usually don't say anything, but this was ridiculous. More

Poor Service and Customer Service Service center is very accusatory. For example, the splash guard fell off the bottom of my car twice. The first time, they 'repaired it' which meant Service center is very accusatory. For example, the splash guard fell off the bottom of my car twice. The first time, they 'repaired it' which meant putting the same damaged piece back on the underside of my car, keeping in mind this was missing a bolt to keep it in place. The second time it fell off, I determined it was the same piece as I marked it prior to them putting it back on the car. I asked them to give me a new one and they charged $300+ for it. Service center is exceptionally slow too to perform routine services such as oil changes and tire rotations. Plan to spend at least 1.5 hours there at any given time. Sales: turned in my leased car and the manager acted as though it was a hassle for him to do so. Never thanked me, slammed down the paper to sign on the table, and said as little as possible to me. Entire process took 30 minutes, 20 of those minutes which I was unacknowledged or even told what was going on during the process. As a customer who has purchased from here before and has had a Honda before, this was a truly disappointing experience. More
Sales and Service Best dealership. Got a terrific deal on my 2016 CRV and just took it in for the recall service. Honda's notification said I'd have to leave my car f Best dealership. Got a terrific deal on my 2016 CRV and just took it in for the recall service. Honda's notification said I'd have to leave my car for a half a day. I took it in on Saturday (made an appt. ahead of time). Will in service is the BEST! We were planning on dropping off my car and leaving it so my husband followed me up to the dealership. Will said it would be done in 45 minutes to an hour. So my husband and I went to breakfast, came back and my car was finished. My sister also bought her Accord from this dealership 5 years ago and has taken it there for service from the beginning and still does to this day because the service is great. More

Normally don't ever go to the dealer, but I was told by 2 different mechanics that this was a gas tank pressure issue that only Honda could fix. I took it in and asked them to please only do the diagnostic as I wasn't sure if i wanted to put anymore money into the car or if I wanted to get something different. After being there for an hour, they informed me that my car would not start at all and it would cost $845 to replace the starter... I felt as if i had no choice but to let them fix it since they said it couldn't be started. They claimed they did an evap test after the starter was fixed and told me my gas cap was just loose (this had already been checked and was not the case). They also put on my invoice that they replaced both airbags that were on recall. This was miraculous considering the service tech told me the parts wouldn't be in for a few weeks. And more amazing than that, as part of their courtesy inspection, they rated the tread on my spare as good, yet nothing in my trunk was moved. At the end of the day, they treated me like I was an idiot, made me feel inadequate for being a woman and got me for every red cent they could. I will NEVER go to Norris Honda again. More
