I bought a,21 jeep gladiator from the used car division. Sales side crew awesome. The jeep had the service start/stop system light on. When I got the vehicle back the light came back on after 10min of Sales side crew awesome. The jeep had the service start/stop system light on. When I got the vehicle back the light came back on after 10min of driving. I called the service depth to advise them and had to leave a message. That was approx 1600hrs. No response as of 1900hrs. Driving the vehicle that evening the headlights and interior light were pulsating. I popped the hood when I got home to find the positive side of the battery loose and the negative side nit even connected. I will not be returning to this service center ever. More
I was told my 2002 Honda Accord needed an "o" ring replaced due to oil leak. Paid $782.66 for service. Next day oil still leaking on driveway. Manager told me the money would be refunded. As of today, I have not received a refund.I called the manager and he said he would check and call me back.He did not. I called again and left a message. He did not call me back. I will report fraud to the credit card company. Do not go to this service department. Bad service and the service manager was not honest with me. More
service visit for an oil change which took 3 hours without explanation or contact with tech. Every hour I had to ask tech what was happening, no appropriate explanation given. Car was found in the ba without explanation or contact with tech. Every hour I had to ask tech what was happening, no appropriate explanation given. Car was found in the back after my request to leave and no one notified that oil change completed. No paperwork done nor a car wash. Still don't know general status of my tires, brakes etc. which I asked for answers. No one has contacted me for the severe poor service. After more than 5 years going for service here I will not return. More
Service and Repair, very bad. Took my 2003 Honda Accord in for oil change, free safety inspection as I was going on a long trip. Over priced for oil change but worse; three days later, on way to work, alte in for oil change, free safety inspection as I was going on a long trip. Over priced for oil change but worse; three days later, on way to work, alternator went up which also took down my battery, leaving me stranded. Had to have car towed back to Honda dealership-missed day of work. Service dept. told me alternator was bad, which drained battery; must replace both, would cost $1,300 but worse, part would not be in for 3 weeks. So, oil change, free safety check but brakes squeaky. No car for three weeks at least-will have to get a rental car. Service dept. claim due to Covid, parts aren't coming in regularly-Worst experience ever in price and no fix for situation. Still attempting to resolve. Will look for a different mechanic and have it towed once more! WORST SERVICE EVER! and this is a DEALERSHIP! Note to customers of Honda; if your car is out of warranty, don't take your car here, not even for an oil change, they will over charge or create a problem for your car-Go to a regular mechanic. SAVE YOURSELF! More

I’ve done that several times with only minor issues re the service, but today was a major disappointment. My car was taken in at 1:03 pm and I didn’t get it back until 3:45 pm. I may not have gotten it back then, but I went out to the service bay to find out why it was taking so long. Two men looked at each other and then for my paperwork. Neither said anything for a few minutes and then one man said I have your paperwork just follow me.. we moved back inside to the pay station while he muttered something about having others he was working on and must have just lost track of me and my car. I learned from the check out girl that the car service was completed at 1:54 pm but no one bothered to tell me until I went to inquire what was taking so long. If you need speedy service or even normal service forget this place because the people charged with taking car of you, and maybe even your car, AREN’T AWARE what’s going on‼️ Too bad if you have other things planned that day‼️ Your loss‼️ Thanks Norris Honda Service Department. I called to make an appointment for my car. I spoke with Carl and he was very rude. He did not seem very interested in wanting to make my appointment. He had a very xxxxty attitude and he would ask me questions about what was wrong with my vehicle, when I would go to answer he would cut me off. It was like he wanted me to think that he was interested but in reality he didn’t really care about what was wrong. He also was rushing me off the phone as if he didn’t want to talk to me as well. I have gotten my car serviced here before but after todays phone experience I do not know if I will again. More
Honda HRV Our HRV has had the same issue 4 times in 3 years. They are not going to cover it under warranty this time even though it was just done in April. We paid for the extended warranty on this too but it does not cover it. Obviously this is a malfunction in the way the car was made. We will NEVER buy another car from here. More
Service Department needs training Disclaimer - The only reason I am rating this two stars is because I also bought a new Honda there and the Sales Dept. did an excellent job. My review is related to the Service Dept since the Manager, Fred, made no attempts to make things right. Waste of time and money for a state inspection! My sports car is not a Honda but I called and they said no problem so I made an appointment that I was quoted at 1.5 to 2hrs. Well I spent almost 3hrs there only to be told I need to take my car elsewhere then bring it back to re-inspect for more money since it failed. Next shop was only charging a little more to do another state inspection over what Norris Honda wanted to charge for the re-inspection so I decided to not take it back and wait a long time again. Well the new shop found other state inspection issues that the first Inspector at Norris Honda passed so I reached out to the Honda Service Manager to let him know my concerns and he was very defensive and said its all subjective, which I'm not buying. He acted like they were doing me a favor for passing my car for these other issues another shop failed. For example my tint is illegal and didn't pass the inspection at the other shop but on Hondas inspection report it says N/A as if the car doesn't even have it. I'm not looking for a hand out or to be driving around illegal and have issues down the road so I would rather address it now. This other shop doesn't make any additional money for failing my car for tint either. I will have to remove it myself or take it to a place that will. They aren't charging a reinspection fee either. Oh and btw your Inspector also seems to think my car doesn't have power steering so he put N/A there too! All in all it was just a bad experience at the service center there and the Service Manager wasn't any help. More
Service Manager Fred Hassell is absolutely terrible The Norris Honda Service Department is ABSOLUTELY PREDATORY. I purchased my 2016 Honda CRV from them back in October 2016. On June 25, 2018, I went The Norris Honda Service Department is ABSOLUTELY PREDATORY. I purchased my 2016 Honda CRV from them back in October 2016. On June 25, 2018, I went in to have my headliner and sunroof evaluated since it had been leaking due to the heavy rainfall in the Baltimore area during the months of May and June. Before I could barely get a word out, the Service Manager Fred Hassell says ‘That’s a nice car. Did someone buy that for you? Did your husband buy that for you?’ At this point, I was insulted, ignored it, and proceeded to tell Fred the issue with my car headliner and the seams from the rain. Instead of offering me a solution or how to move forward, he immediately blamed me for the issue and said that it was most likely ‘my fault’ for not fully closing the moon roof or my windows. Due to the heavy rain, I just wanted my car fixed and left it there. When I came to pick it up, Fred claimed there was ‘nothing wrong with my car’ and said I owed them $140 for the ‘diagnostic testing.’ However, when I got into my car there were NEW LARGER STAINS. When I pointed this out, Fred said I did not have any prior proof of pictures and refused to drop the charge. After a significant amount of back-and-forth with Fred, I decided to formally dispute the charge on my credit card and took my car to Anderson Honda of Hunt Valley. In addition, I lodged a formal complaint with American Honda Corp (I have a suspicious feeling Fred Hassell is slick and said the right things to get corporate off of his back) Ultimately, my credit card company sided with me and Anderson Honda took care of my problem without any issues. My car repair was covered under the 3 year 36K mile Honda warranty since there were distinct locations where my car was leaking due to a shifted drainage pan and a dislodged drainage tube. Anderson Honda was an absolute straightforward pleasure to deal with. I will never go back to Norris Honda for servicing of any type ever again. They were an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. NEVER AGAIN. More
