I was so pleased and impressed with the sale and follow-up maintenance service on my 2008 Honda, I went back to Norris this year and purchased a Nissan Quest van. The experience and follow-up service mirrored what I experienced with the Honda. I was completely overwhelmed by the quality of Service I received at Norris. I have gone to other car dealers as well as service companies for services, but was surprised by the employees professionalism an received at Norris. I was in a difficult situation on a Monday morning. Over the weekend we had lost our Honda key and needed a new one immediatley.
