The sales manager does not honor his word. Out and out distasteful experience doing business with this company. Business without honor, is what they are about. Out and out distasteful experience doing business with this company. Business without honor, is what they are about. More
I came in to look at Jeeps and from the beginning to end, Davinder was very nice, helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Definitely would recommend Davinder as a sales rep :) Davinder was very nice, helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Definitely would recommend Davinder as a sales rep :) More
Terrible dealership! I purchased a car from them, trading my old car in. They lowballed me. My daughter then went to dealership to buy it. we could keep the extended I purchased a car from them, trading my old car in. They lowballed me. My daughter then went to dealership to buy it. we could keep the extended warranty I had purchased with it originally . They bought it from me for $15,000 but tried to sell to her for $22,000. Absolute scammers! More
Grossly overcharged me for a minor repair; poor customer service. I brought in my newish van (13,800 miles, under warranty) in May of 2021 because the hatch wasn't latching properly. The van has a wheelchai service. I brought in my newish van (13,800 miles, under warranty) in May of 2021 because the hatch wasn't latching properly. The van has a wheelchair conversion with a manually operated rear ramp; they said the ramp was the problem and charged me 1.5 hours of labor ($360) to tighten some bolts. When I called to inquire about what they did that required that much labor, the mechanic -- Dan Ranalli -- was never available. I left three or four messages over a period of two months, but Dan never returned my calls. Once I asked to speak with a manager, and a woman got on the phone and said she would walk my message over to the manager's office and he would get back to me later that day. No one ever called back. I called the dealer that sold me the van back East and found out the wheelchair conversion has a warranty, but it will only cover 15 minutes of labor, because that's the amount of time that the repair should take. They told me, "you were ripped off." Normandin probably knows it and that's why they're not returning my calls. So I definitely do NOT recommend this dealer for vehicle repairs, due to their price gouging and terrible (non-existent?) customer service. Take your car elsewhere. More
I'd been warned. While I was purchasing my Pacifca, a young man tipped me off --saying, "don't bring it here for service - they will do you wrong." Absolutely. 100% TRUE. I had to learn the hard way. 139 young man tipped me off --saying, "don't bring it here for service - they will do you wrong." Absolutely. 100% TRUE. I had to learn the hard way. 139 days after purchasing my certified pre-owned Pacifica, a light popped up on my dash. It was an A with a circle around it - auto-start stop. Jerry, my service representative, reported two different issues to me for repairs: 1. Clicking is caused by passenger door actuator; 2. Problem with autostart caused by a misfire. It will take ~10 days to fix, he said. SIXTEEN days later, nope. That wasn't the problem - it was actually a warped engine and the entire engine must be rebuilt. 4 weeks and 6 days later, I got my van back, but not without a TON of costs and headaches. You see, Normandin aka Steve Rogers, provided a mere portion of the rental car fees for a mere 10 days. Even after repeated requests through Chrysler Customer Care, they left me with the majority of the costs for finding a replacement vehicle while the van was in repair. We are a 6-person, single vehicle household and I am a single mom. This van is our lifeline and the only way to get our kids to/from school. This dealership did SQUAT to provide a loaner vehicle during repairs, and provided absolutely unacceptable customer service. To add insult to injury, the Enterprise Rental Car next door, where Jerry directed me, tacked on $407 of protection fees that I did not want on the vehicle forcing me to work with other companies like Avis, Budget, and Uber while the dealership continually extended the completion date for repairs past the promised completion date. They are running a racket, and they target women. I am filing a lawsuit. More
Purses vs. PantsClearly this dealership has never seen Purses vs. Pants Clearly this dealership has never seen woman shop for a car or think women cannot afford to buy cars. My appointment was with S Purses vs. Pants Clearly this dealership has never seen woman shop for a car or think women cannot afford to buy cars. My appointment was with Si for a Jerp wrangler. While he was kind enough to take me for a test driver and answer questions much less can be said about the management who made the offer with no intention of even attempting to make a deal. I was interested in the lease offer made by Jeep manufacturer. Si kindly "mansplained" to me that there are fine prints with the offer. (Thank you. I am CMO of a high-tech company and well understand what fine print means). The offer put together was just ridiculous. It was more than twice what was advertised and clearly the dealership didn’t even bother to make the deal. Too bad Normadian. You lost a deal because I clearly had intent to buy that day. This explains why there are a bunch of guys just hanging around in the dealership with no customers. And you should be aware there are literally thousands of dealers who are interested in selling regardless of the gender. You are in Silicon Valley for heavens sake! More
