Every time I take my Tucson in for service I am met at the door by one of the service people. They do the service on my vehicle quickly. Radio deletes everything and has to be reloaded and the instrument display goes black and then comes back on and it includes the radio display you never know when you will have a lighted control panel or a instrument display goes black and then comes back on and it includes the radio display you never know when you will have a lighted control panel or a blackout and this has been happening since I got the car and the radio keeps canceling everything including phones that are loaded and changing the clock time and I was told it has to act up while I’m at service. I should’ve went ahead and went to the other dealership for my car. Since I’m just told I have 5 years or 60 thousand mile warranty to cover the issue but I’m not happy that I have to drive part of the time with a blackout control. Panel! The service people have been nice but it doesn’t change the frustration to have to keep programming the radio and not knowing when I will have a lighted control panel. Josh said he would research and see if there was a recall on the issue! More
Best costumer service ever! I took my Kona which was under guarantee for a timing chain issue, fixed it in no time. I had first taken it to Hyundai in OKC at Bob Howard due to having openings sooner, and had the worst costumer service trying to tell me that the issue was not covered under guarantee and wanted to charge me almost 4k. Talked to Huyndai Norman; with Jerome Stark, and he was able not only to take my car but walk me through the whole process from diagnostics to guarantee coverage to loaner car. His communication was excellent and his honesty about what to expect and what the issues with the car were. They have won a customer here, I can not emphasize enough how thankful I am to Jerome and Hyndai Norman. My new to-go place for my car needs! More

Easy to use appointment setting online and the guys at the service center are always super nice. Worst service ever. Never go for first complimentary service which will be done in 10 minutes. No respect for the customers words. Just don’t wanna go there again.
