Gerome my service dealt well with what was handed him. I came in with a stuck Media button on the infotainment system. He ordered a new unit. The unit arrived in a few days, but the next appointment to I came in with a stuck Media button on the infotainment system. He ordered a new unit. The unit arrived in a few days, but the next appointment to install it was over a month out. After the unit was replaced, I discovered the dash had a gap ot 1/4 inch outboard of the steering wheel. I came back and this was fixed. After the car sat for a couple of days, the battery was dead, but after jumping the car ran and the battery charged. I brought it back to troubleshoot the battery issue. I was notified that the car started the next morning and the battery check good. I reiterated it took 2 days for the battery to drain so the car would not start. The next day I was informed the car started and the battery was good. I went Saturday to pick up the car and the battery did not have enough charge to start the car. Monday I was informed that the radio was not connecter correctly, this was fixed but the battery was now checking bad. After 3 days the battery arrived, but the keys were misplaced. I called Friday after the holiday and was informed the key had been found , and the car was in to replace the battery. I pick up the car later that day and there are no further issues. Again I do not fault the service advisor for what happened. More

Every time I take my Tucson in for service I am met at the door by one of the service people. They do the service on my vehicle quickly. Radio deletes everything and has to be reloaded and the instrument display goes black and then comes back on and it includes the radio display you never know when you will have a lighted control panel or a instrument display goes black and then comes back on and it includes the radio display you never know when you will have a lighted control panel or a blackout and this has been happening since I got the car and the radio keeps canceling everything including phones that are loaded and changing the clock time and I was told it has to act up while I’m at service. I should’ve went ahead and went to the other dealership for my car. Since I’m just told I have 5 years or 60 thousand mile warranty to cover the issue but I’m not happy that I have to drive part of the time with a blackout control. Panel! The service people have been nice but it doesn’t change the frustration to have to keep programming the radio and not knowing when I will have a lighted control panel. Josh said he would research and see if there was a recall on the issue! More

I had first taken it to Hyundai in OKC at Bob Howard due to having openings sooner, and had the worst costumer service trying to tell me that the issue was not covered under guarantee and wanted to charge me almost 4k. Talked to Huyndai Norman; with Jerome Stark, and he was able not only to take my car but walk me through the whole process from diagnostics to guarantee coverage to loaner car. His communication was excellent and his honesty about what to expect and what the issues with the car were. They have won a customer here, I can not emphasize enough how thankful I am to Jerome and Hyndai Norman. My new to-go place for my car needs! More
