The friendliness of the staff is exceptional. Everyone from the sales person (Tom) to the auto attendant to the shuttle driver (Ray) to the cashier were very polite and greeted me with a smile. Fladeboe Volkswagen is a top not dealership. I wish I would have bought my car from them. I had chosen a different dealership purely for inventory reasons, unfortunately that proved to be a big mistake. would have bought my car from them. My first interaction with the other dealers service department was a horrible experience. To long to write about. I refused to take my car back to them. Fladeboe picked up the pieces and got my car back to new. I will not have my Sportwagen serviced anywhere else but with Fladeboe. They are friendly, professional and competent. Words can't begin to describe how happy I am with the service department, ESPECIALLY Tom Brucks. I am the stereotypical girl who is not knowledgeable about vehicles - at all! I have been to this dealer service department, ESPECIALLY Tom Brucks. I am the stereotypical girl who is not knowledgeable about vehicles - at all! I have been to this dealership and have seen Tom as my Service Consultant almost every time I go in, whether it is service/maintenance or a warranty item. I had been in twice with concerns on my EOS, and I felt like such a "chick" when explaining what was wrong - I really didn't know how to explain it. He took me seriously, and knew EXACTLY what was the issue with my vehicle (and understood my explanation). He is always so cordial and polite, and is amazingly smart about the vehicles. I will always go to this dealership because of his awesome service. He's the best! More
I have had my 2007 Passat serviced at Fladeboe VW since it was new and wouldn't consider taking it elsewhere. Auto service appointments are, by nature, frustrating and inconvenient, but Tom and crew have it was new and wouldn't consider taking it elsewhere. Auto service appointments are, by nature, frustrating and inconvenient, but Tom and crew have always done everything possible to make it an enjoyable experience. They greet me warmly, respect my time by getting me back out the door as quickly as possible, and provide consistent progress updates throughout the day. The free shuttle service to and from work is the icing on the cake. If you have a VW that needs service, you won't be disappointed by Fladeboe. More

My husband purchased a 2011 Jetta S and was quite pleased with the entire process of trading in our vehicle for the Jetta. Also, after driving the vehicle for 10 days there was a window recall. My daughter with the entire process of trading in our vehicle for the Jetta. Also, after driving the vehicle for 10 days there was a window recall. My daughter, who drives the care, came in and was also treated quite nicely. I own a 2003 Bug with window problems and asked at the front about my problems. Again, I was fully informed of my own problem in greater detail that my own VW dealer who usually handles my car. All in all, Fladeboe is very detailed and complete with all information needed. We all experienced a very friendly, helpful dealership. More

Bottom line is that every single experience I've had with Fladeboe VW has been excellent! We have bought 3 cars from Jason and have done all of our service through the service dept.
