I requested and received a same-day appointment for bulb exchange and tire repair. Ryan offered me a courtesy shuttle ride, which I declined because I had brought my laptop. He then provided me Fladeboe's exchange and tire repair. Ryan offered me a courtesy shuttle ride, which I declined because I had brought my laptop. He then provided me Fladeboe's WiFi password without being prompted. As problems with the tire repair occurred and an additional defect was found, he informed me immediately with an estimate and accepted my decision to delay the repair without pushing me. The cost for the bulb exchange was reasonable. I received a courtesy car wash. Overall, service was very friendly and professional. I will visit Fladeboe VW again. More

They were right on time and the vehicle was clean when I picked it up. I recently had a horrible, horrible experience at Commonwealth in Santa Ana which made me very nervous about dropping my car anywhere for service (Commonwealth did damage to the inside of my car -- had to take the car back to fix what they did -- then they did additional damage to the outside of my car and they didn't even fix the inside correctly). But Fladeboe quashed all my fears. Fladeboe was truly exceptional and I will continue to use their service department for all my future needs. More

2000 New Beetle was having issues with the dashboard sensors coming on with Airbar, Battery, ABS brakes, and brake lights. Car was making beeping sounds. Called Fladeboe service and spoke to Ryan. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with as I explained my issue. Service department was able to work on and fix my vehicle that day. Turned out to be faulty alternator. They did a complete inspection of vehicle and provided me with honest answer as to what other service maintenance the car will need at a future date. Was a pleasure to deal with everyone from Ryan in service to shuttle driver, to cashier and Ryan again at time of pick up. I would recommended Fladeboe. More
