They still have not sorted out the person who takes the bookings for a service though and this is the one area that lets this center down. As an example of how it should be, I called the Subaru dealership to book a service for my husbands car, dialled the number, pressed 2 for service, spoke to one man who booked the car in - all done in a couple of minutes, so much easier. I took my car in for the 20,000 mile check up and ryan is who assisted me through the process. I go up to school in LA and rarely go home because I'm so busy, but Ryan worked with my schedule to get me in fo who assisted me through the process. The original time I came in, I didn't have an appointment scheduled because the "service now" light when on on my way back home so I stopped by and Ryan tried to work with the little time I had to get my car in that day by trying to send my car in first and cutting the allotted down by half. Unfortunately, I was running under a big time constraint so I wasn't able to get it done that day, but Ryan helped me to schedule an appointment the following weekend (the next time I was available) and a time that worked for me. On top of Ryan's efforts to work with my schedule, the actual service was completed in timely manner and I was able to run errands while they were working on my car, compliments of the shuttle service. I would recommend fladeboe to any Volkswagen owner, especially over the San Juan VW (the employees there are rude, unfriendly, and don't treat you feel like a valued customer/owner. I will never go back to that one after I was treated so poorly when I stopped by on my way home. I actually left and went out of my way to fladeboe to receive help). Thanks Ryan and Fladeboe! More
