Besides oil change, my problem (unusual, the satellite radio wasn't coming on after ignition switched off & on) was tracked down through a service bulletin to a weak car battery, and I was promptly advised. Pricing was fair, and Tom alerted me to discount offers. The car was ready and the problem corrected within a few hours. Also, the dealer drove me home and fetched me back so that I personally had a minimum of down-time. Ray, the van driver, was a good conversationalist and the ride with him was pleasant (and also worry-free!). This is the way to do business. The facility is clean and everyone I dealt with there treated me as a valued customer. More
