I brought my 2010 Touereg to Ryan for a tire repair and he offered to perform a full 20,000 mile service even though I wasn't quite at that mileage yet. Fladeboe VW completely saved my entire impression of the VW brand. I initially visited a dealership in Huntington Beach and was frightened by the poor level of customer service I received. I felt like I was being "sold" as soon as I step foot in the door. The salesman immediately launched into his sales script and didn't even seem to pay attention to what I needed. I was about ready to be done with VW after than. Then I got a call from Fladeboe. Mike D completely flipped the negative image I had of VW around to something very positive. He sat me down to discuss all my options and make sure that what he could do with my trade and my needs would work. He really wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and happy in my decision before he took me to sit in a car that I could potentially fall in love with and then not be able to take home. He was so pleasurable to work with and very knowledgable. He did not rush or try to get me out the door as soon as possible. He dedicated a lot of time with me to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. Mike was so wonderful! He got me the most money for my trade, made sure my payments were reasonable for me, and introduced me to the entire Fladeboe staff to make sure that I knew a friendly face whenever I came into the dealership. I will NEVER refer anyone else or recommend a dealership other than Fladeboe. They are amazing. More

Both Thom and Norm where very helpful and honest in their recommendations to what my Toureg needed. I have to say however I was truly disappointed with my wash. It was obvious that my car was rushed on the outside but the detailer didn't even touch the inside of my car. There was still all the same pieces of dirt and such on the ground and finger prints all over the windows, and the dash had all the same dust. I just think after spending $250.00 out of pocket on an un-warrantied service they should also offer up a great wash. More

I've been a customer of Fladeboe (both Honda and VW) since 2002. I'm on my second Passat, and the service at VW has been outstanding from day one.
