I've been coming to this dealership for over 4 yrs and have always been taken care of by their servie dept. In my most recent visit I took my R32 for a recall and Tom assisted me thorughout the whole pro have always been taken care of by their servie dept. He ordered the part, called me the next business day to let me know it had arrived and to bring my car in when my scheduled allowed and to allow about 30 for loaner paperwork too - this is where i will express my negative feedback towards the rental agent, but it has no reflection of Tom's work ethic and custmoer service whatsoever. The rental car person, young guy (Steven McSomething)...I'm not sure why this kid even works @ Fladeboe since he has no people and customer service skills at all, he's just rude, short and doesn't handle stress very well and it shows. I heard him talk on the phone to 2 customers that called while i was waiting for my rental and he showed no interest in helping anyone since it was time for him to go home. In my opinion he needs to be re-trained or put in the back doing something else where he has no contact with customers. Aside from that kid, everything else @ VW with Tom was exceptional. Tom showed a lot of respect and professionalism for me and my car, and another to add he was very informative of the service my car was getting done and I felt that he was giving me my time - unlike other places where soemtimes if you ask questions they just brush you off and send you on your way, not here. More

Tom is great! He really goes out of his way to make sure my experience is comfortable and pleasant. I had to get my transmission replaced and luckily it was all under warranty. I had no clue!!! Ryan was AWESOME from the minute I walked in until the minute he walked me out to my car! In this day & age, it's the CUSTOMER SERVICE that keeps the customer returning for repeat business.
