Norm and the team consistently go over and beyond with customer service. From making the appointment on the phone to finishing after the service is complete, I haven't had any issues yet. I've gone back for my courtesy check, 10K maintenance, tire pressure light and a handful of car washes. Each service related visit, the service that was going to be performed was properly explained to me prior to beginning work. The time frame to complete is realistic, and if it's going to be more than a few hours I've gotten a ride back to the office. Again, seamless. Plus, the complimentary car washes are a great bonus. I can only speak on behalf of my experience, but overall I've been very happy. More
This service call met beyond my expectations. I was immediately assisted when I drove in. Within minutes I had a loaner car issued to me. I left my car for the 10,000 mi service. This was the first service for my Jetta TDI and my first visit to Fladeboe Volkswagen. Making the appointment was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I waited in the lounge while my car was being serviced; unbelievably it was faster than anticipated, my car was washed and the entire service was FREE! It doesn't get better than that! More
I bought my 2006 VW Jetta from Fladaboe, and I have brought it in for service here many times since then. Most people warn me that I should never go to a dealership for service, but Tom Brucks always s brought it in for service here many times since then. Most people warn me that I should never go to a dealership for service, but Tom Brucks always seemed to put me at ease. He was friendly, showed good follow-through on everything he assured would be done on each visit, and he was good at answering any questions I had. Honestly, I should have written him positive reviews to that extent before. My experience two days ago, September 20, 2012 changed my entire perspective on Fladaboe. I got into a minor accident and hit a curb, busting two tires and a rim. I specifically requested to tow my car to Fladaboe because of my experience working with Tom. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a man named Charles. He stayed with Carlos (the man who towed my car) while I filled out paperwork with Tom. Charles passed my a while later and said "hey we had to jump start your car to get it in our shop... I have to go tell everyone inside." I responded. "What do you mean? I drove my car onto the tow truck myself. The battery is fairly new and working fine." Charles then tried to blame the tower, saying he probably left my car on and didn't close the doors to my car while he was towing it. I actually had to spend some time telling this man that I was holding the keys in my hand and that no lights were left on (during the morning tow) now were doors left open. Charles then said, in the same conversation, "oh well they have it working on its own now." A while later, Tom comes to discuss the quote for repairing my car. He says the suspension was damaged ( which it was ) and adds a list of other things from transmission to random knicks the should be addressed. By the time he wrote up an estimate, there was a line item for a new subframe... Really? For hitting a curb at 25 miles per hour? By the time I was done talking to Charles, who clearly lied to me, I grew very uncomfortable with suggestions Tom made. I told him, "Tom, it sounds like I can't leave here without expecting a call to give me another ridiculous list of things to repair." My trust in Fladaboe has died. I actually ended up paying out of pocket to have my car towed away to another shop. Im so disappointed in my experience this time around. I had come to expect better, mistakenly so. More

I live in Houston,Texas and my daughter lives in Irvine. Call Tom and he took great care of my Daughters Jetta. Being so far away and having people like Tom to ease my worry and stress was great. This was my first service with Fladeboe Volkswagen, and it's wonderful. Ryan, the service consultant, was very HELPFUL, QUICK, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. I would definitely come again and again for my next service. I think my VW Jetta is really happy too since it was cared and washed (without charge) really clean, surprisingly above and beyond our expectation.
