AWESOME EXPERIANCE!!!! Hands down the best repair shop experience I have ever had! I can't say enough great things about the service team. I brought my car in after hearing a loud noise on the freeway. I experience I have ever had! I can't say enough great things about the service team. I brought my car in after hearing a loud noise on the freeway. I expressed to Tom about my very tight budget, after being unemployeed for several months. My budget/savings account is still recovering. Tom understood my budget concerns, and explained we need to be sure my 2006 jetta tdi would be safe to drive #1 priority. They put me in a free rental car and and when Tom called with the issues, he had prioritized them for importance to the cars running condition and safety. I Loved that. I chose to fix 3 of the major issues and order a part for a simple fix he explained I could do myself to save a few bucks. My tech Chris fixed up my car then did a final road test with me. Chris explained my breaks make a lot of noise, and are dirty but dont need to be replaced, I still have 1/2 the life on them. How awesome, Chris, didnt try to rip me off or flag extra hours... He was honest!!! I met so many Super nice people, Garret, who I randomly made small talk with while I was waiting for my car, did a very nice thing, I had recently lost something, and he had an extra so he went got it and gave it to me!!! Wow! who does that kind of stuff anymore? Norm, stepped in on Tom's day off and it was flawless! Super easy transition! Ryan who was there every day with a smile and nice hello, I wasn't his guest but he even checked in my car a real team player! My whole experience was perfect! The Service Manager, Mark Thurber, took such fine care of the entire process to make sure my 2004 VW R32 was perfect in every regard! I couldn't imagine better customer interaction, and coming from the top, I felt special and very well taken care of. Mr. Snyder did a fantastic job of detailing every concern when I dropped off my car, and was very communicative during the process. I am always happy to deal with this fine Professional and wanted to give him [well deserved] credit for his part. Finally, even the very skilled technician, whom I know by Kevin, did an amazing job also going above and beyond my expectations which I really admire & appreciate. Technically: The car is running better than it has in a long time! It's like they took the driveline/performance a year or more back in time. I'm thrilled and very happy with the well-serviced suspension, engine and AWD system. This was no easy job. I expected a large bill and I knew from communicating with everyone that they did their best and it was well worth the total cost. To my surprise, the bill was incredibly affordable and I am amazed by the deal I got for such a big and extensive service job. That's why I'm writing such a positive review. These guys deserve it. Especially Mark, man he's the best service manager I've ever met, plus he really cares about doing the best job possible and that impresses me the most. That's why while I moved to LA and drive 45-miles to see Mark [now], it's still well worth it for the quality of service that he inspires. If you want to know what i think of Mark/Tom then the only thing that should matter to managment is whether or not I return to have my car(s) repaired there. Typing a review means very little, no matter what the marketing company that sold you on this CRM package told you. Repeat business is all that matters. For the record, the only reason I come to Fladoboe is becuase of Mark Thurber. Whereever he is the service manager, that is where I go. More

I'm so glad I bought my Jetta at Fladeboe. Everytime I go there the Customer Service is excellent. People are friendly and helpful. Tom is awesome.
