This is my seoond year as a Volkswagen owner. Fladeboe Volkswagen's sales and service departments are great. Everybody is so friendly and professional. They always do their best. Tom is one of the best service representatives at Fladeboe VW. He's kind, efficient, and completely accommodating to his customers. I've also been helped by other service representatives and the quality of service is the same experience no matter who you get. I still always go to Tom if he's there, though. On that note, not all dealerships treat their customers like they're valued, especially the Capistrano VW. I've tried going there a couple times because of convenience, after realizing I consistently dealt with horrible customer service and rude service representatives. Now I will only go to Fladeboe because I'm guaranteed a stress-free visit every time! Thanks for being so awesome guys! More

I would recommend servicing your VW at Fladeboe because of the quality service from the advisors, technicians, up to the service managers. Unfortunately, my car was ready at 0850, but I was still waiting in the lobby at 1000 until I walked outside the service area to see if it was finished. What really bothers me is if I hadn't gone outside t waiting in the lobby at 1000 until I walked outside the service area to see if it was finished. What really bothers me is if I hadn't gone outside to check, how much longer would I have been waiting? I walked up to Tom and stated that I see my car parked ready to go and he had Norm grab the documents and I saw on the paperwork that the car had been finished since 0850, but asked Norm how long it had been done. He said it must have just been completed, but the paperwork said 0850 and I was upset, but let it go. I'm in the health care industry and understand the importance of customer service and also understand that sometimes it's easy to get distracted and miss things. However, I was sitting in the main lobby in front of Norm and Tom for an extra hour plus before I got up and walked out as previously mentioned. If Norm had been upfront with me when I asked how long it had been done, I wouldn't have replied negatively. In the future, just be straight and tell the customer you're not sure what happened and say it won't happen again... More
It is very easy to recommend this dealership and especially its service department to others.
