As is in the case when you need a new vehicle battery, you need it now. I drove in with no appointment mid-afternoon, after having my 2001 Jetta jump started by AAA and Tommy had a new battery installed you need it now. I drove in with no appointment mid-afternoon, after having my 2001 Jetta jump started by AAA and Tommy had a new battery installed and my car washed within 1 hour. As I am having to retire due to health issues I am on a limited budget. I received a discount on the total amount. Professionalism and friendliness at a reasonable price is why I keep coming back. When I need to replace this vehicle with another used VW, Tommy suggested I look into prices for a "loaner" as they have low mileage and are usually replaced within 6-months. Cheryl L. Thayer More
I took my VW Beetle in for a new tail light, replacement wiper blades and what I thought was a warranty check up. I was under the mileage but 5 days over the date of my warranty. Ryan took great care of m wiper blades and what I thought was a warranty check up. I was under the mileage but 5 days over the date of my warranty. Ryan took great care of me and charged me only for the bulb and no labor. They did a check up on the car and things looks great. That night the driver side window was having issues. I called and took the car in the next morning dealing with Mark and Norm since Ryan was off. Since I was only 5 days out of warranty and had just been in the day before, Mark did not charge me to fix the window. He also offered a free rental car. I decided to wait for the car and it took only an hour. The waiting room is very comfortable with complementary coffee and tea, reading materials and a TV. Norm kept me informed as to what was going on and the time it would take. Even now that the car is out of warranty I will continue to get it serviced at Fladeboe. I am a single woman in my 50s so I need my vehicle to run great and not leave me stranded. I trust that the gentlemen at Fladaboe will keep my car running like new and me on the road for years to come. Big thanks to everyone in the service department. More
It's never a pleasant experience having to pay out of pocket for costly repairs and what not. But the folks at the Fladeboe Volkswagen service dept. always try their best to soften the blow. I've dealt with both Ryan and Andy for a few years now and they have always been very professional, courteous, and accomodating. On my last visit, my car was kept for almost a week and Ryan was very good about touching base with me on a regular basis to keep me up to date. All in all, I've had nothing but positive experiences w/ the staff and will continue to bring my car here for all its servicing needs. More

He gave me a competitive price for two major service items on my 03 Passat variant with 100k mi v6/4Motion. Other VW stores were in the $ ballpark and closer to my home. One VW store I had done business with for a decade. Honestly, it was Norm's knowledge of the vehicle, friendliness and as I later found out, has integrity and is the nicest man. Upon meeting him I knew I made the right choice and know I will return when future work comes up, despite the longer travel time. It is worth driving down there. I live in the East Anaheim area across the freeway from Yorba Linda. What Norm said regarding cost, work and loaner car was spot on. Often you get caught in a gotcha, not my experience with Norm. I found everyone at the VW store to be professional and extremely friendly. Same for the loaner car folks. I tend to be a bit cynical after so many years dealing with auto people at all levels, I am please to say that I can not say enough about my experience at Fladeboe. Thank you Fladeboe and Norm. Drove to Service Department on a Friday due to malfunction light indicator flashing. We received vehicle immediate attention and, sine the vehicle would not be ready until the following day, we we malfunction light indicator flashing. This kind of "on-the-spot" service was very appreciated. Service Rep was very friendly and courteous. This is the thrid VW I have gotten from Fladeboe and have never had a bad experience. More
Worst exp. today (Saturday) with sales manager Oscar Alvarez. I bought a used Jetta and noticed a couple of minor problems when I got home. A small crack on the winshield, small cap was missing on on Alvarez. I bought a used Jetta and noticed a couple of minor problems when I got home. A small crack on the winshield, small cap was missing on one the wheels, and the blue tooth was not working. I took the car in expecting the dealer to address the issues. I talked with JJ who is sales person (great guy) but I cannot describe Oscar (his mgr) the same way. Oscar was an unpleaseant exp and interaction was very negative. Oscar first started by saying does it even have a bluetooth. This is after they sold me a car with bluetooth. so I left since this guy was giving me the run around. I have called the general Manager Dan twice today and he never returned my call yet. Update: I took the car to the service department today (Monday). Andy was the service advisor and a great guy to work with. He took care of all my concerns and fixed the problems. I now have a mixed emotion about this dealership. It seems to me that my interaction with everyone except for Oscar has been great. I think I will retun to this dealer for service but will have to avoid dealing with Oscar again! Mark More

Tom Brucks greeted me upon arrival very friendly. He also helped tracked down my warranty insurance and entered into the VW database. And while I am not in the market to change my car at this time. I will sure come back to this dealership if I do!
