Took my 2012 VW Golf to get 10K service. Making the service appt. was easy with the online format. They were ready for the car, had all the paperwork, ask if there were any issues, if I liked the vehic service appt. was easy with the online format. Mark was the only person I had contact with and he was very friendly and had excellent customer service. He told me to expect around an hour and half wait but they ended up getting the vehicle done in around an hour. All and all a great experience and will service my vehicle here again. More

I went in to get new tires for my Passat and called ahead. They said they had the tires and it would take an hour. I got there and waited for over an hour and they said it would be a while so the shu ahead. They said they had the tires and it would take an hour. When I got home they called me and said they had to order the tires from a local supplier and they didn't have them in stock! I had to go all the way back to the dealership to get a loaner vehicle. It took up my whole day. More
Tom has always been courteous and taken the time to answer all my questions. He also calls me back promptly whenever I leave a message, and has not made me feel guilty or reckless for refusing certain answer all my questions. Recently, when I got my car back from repair with the "check engine" light still on, he was very apologetic and insisted I bring the car back for a thorough inspection while I used a loaner car. The issue was resolved after a week of service and drive tests, which I was glad to have done, especially since I was able to drive a Passat (not a rental that I wouldn't be used to driving) in the interim. Ryan has occasionally helped me when Tom was not available. He, too, has a very polite and efficient customer service style. Once, when I brought the car in because that stand that xxxxxxthe hood up had come unattached when my husband opened the hood a little too vigorously. I had expected to have to leave the car at Fladeboe for repair, but Ryan himself checked it out for me, popped something back in place, and it was fixed! Someone who cared less about the customer would have checked the car in and let the mechanics do the repair, at some cost to me in time and money. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars, yet I am never condescended to by the men who work at the front desk, and never feel like I am getting ripped off. I usually end up in the awkward position of being the intermediary between my husband and Tom, but he accepts whatever my husband tells me to tell him without making me feel silly about being an "uneducated" customer. I said "good" for quality of work because twice I have gotten the car back from repair with the check engine light on. Also, it's not a big deal, but often when I get the car back the radio is tuned to a station I never listen to, and once the music was blaring when I turned on the car. This is just a little unnerving; it would be better if they could turn off the radio, turn on one of the preset stations, or at least turn down the volume before returning to car to me. More

I had a trunk mechanism problem with my 2011 VW Jetta. I tried getting this problem fixed at Riverside VW(where I originally bought the vehicle). On two occassions, they told me it was a design problem. My warranty expired and I expressed the same concern to Fladaboe VW and was informed the work was a couple of hundred dollars. Mark Thurber read my survey response and expressed concern over my frustration with this trunk mechanism issue. He offered a New Loaner Vehicle while Fladaboe VW fixed my trunk mechanism problem, while Mark Thurber communicated with VW of America my frustration over this issue. Norm Snyder then called and gave me a detailed description of the work performed and problem items fixed. Tom Brucks also asked what brought me in when I was waiting for my paperwork to pick up vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend Fladaboe VW for your VW service needs and they will take good care of you! More
I would recommend this dealer to everyone, when I brought my 2012 Passat in for a maintenece check Norm was super friendly and explained in great detail what was to be performed. Best service I've ever had and I've been a loyal VW customers since my first new car lease 4 cars ago. These folks really stepped up. I had an issue with squeaky brakes and initially told them just to gripe. I never really expected that Norm and the service guys would take it seriously and try to fix it- but they did!!!! When I first moved here in 2002 I went to Fladaboe and had a pretty poor opinion of them so I took to driving all the way down to Capo VW for service and sales. Then, Capo was too busy to fix an emergency for me one day so I decided to give Fladaboe another chance and - WOW- have they stepped it up. Really truly I cannot see myself going anywhere else for my VW service or for when it's time to get into a new lease. You folks are great and you are GREAT for the VW brand. Keep up the good work!!! More
