I just bought a 2013 VW Passat SE from Fladeboe's and was extremely happy with my experience. I found a car I was interested in on Autotrader.com, went to the dealership, and met Gary Wills, who assisted was extremely happy with my experience. I found a car I was interested in on Autotrader.com, went to the dealership, and met Gary Wills, who assisted in getting me in the exact car I wanted! Gary is extremely helpful and informative and doesn't come off as a "pushy" salesman. I don't buy cars from pushy salesmen, they will literally make me leave a dealership. Gary listened to what we were looking for, pulled the car out for us to check it out and make sure we were happy with it, and took us in to make the arrangements for me to drive off with it that night! Kris Marmol was our finance manager and he was amazing too! I have also received two phone calls from Fladeboe's checking to see if everything was working out with the vehicle! The customer service at Fladeboe's is impeccable and I would definitely return to buy another car from them (in particular, Gary Wills). Thank you for making the car buying experience stress-free and fun!! More
My first experience with Fladeboe was on a Sunday when I locked my keys in my car. I had just gotten my Jetta and was not familiar with roadside service, nor did I have the phone number on me. I called Fladeboe hoping they could send someone to help me, or at least point me in the right direction. A receptionist answered and very rudely told me that there was no one there who could help me. Those were her exact words. She said that everything is closed on Sundays, and when I asked her what I was supposed to do then, she simply said she had no idea. I understand she may be incompetent, but I do expect at least some level of customer service, of which there is clearly none. My second experience came when I brought my car to Fladeboe to have my tires checked out. A light had gone on, and it turned out that the tire pressure was low, as well as a few other minor issues. I picked up my car, and as I was driving it home on the freeway a few days later, my tire blew out. Luckily, I made it to the side of the freeway safely, and my tire was mostly intact. It was very clear that there had been no punctures made to the tire to cause it to blow out. I took my car, and the wheel, to Fladeboe, and was shocked at the way they treated me. They completely denied any responsibility for the tire, even though there clearly had been no outside damage to the wheel. It is difficult to say exactly what caused the tire to blow out, but it was a brand new tire with less than 500 miles on it, and had just been serviced by them the day before, so I did expect them to offer some sort of assistance, even if they did not feel they were responsible. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I purchased my car from Commonwealth VW, and I will continue to take my car there. I will never support Fladeboe again. More
I always have a great experience with Tom Brucks. As a woman it's hard to trust people when getting work done on a car. I never go to anyone else, period. He treats me like family and I feel safer in my car afterwards. It was easily the most pleasurable and hassle-free car purchase I have made. I returned for the complimentary one month service, and dealt with Ryan by phone for the appointment. I was also interested in purchasing new, upgraded wheels. The parts manager (Jim?) offered to send me photos of new vehicle "take-offs" rather than purchasing new wheels. I made a selection and got a great price on new, larger wheels and tires than I would have thought I could afford. Ryan was a pleasure to interact with - friendly, courteous, and professional. I used the shuttle service and also took advantage of the offered loaner car to make it to a meeting. It was a quick process. Highly recommended dealership! More

I brought my 2011 Volkswagen GTI into Fladeboe VW because it had to be towed to the nearest dealer due to breaking down on the 5 freeway. I was a little worried because I always research dealers or shops before taking my car in and didn't have the chance in the case. I called Fladboe and spoke with Ryan over the phone and explained my situation to him. He was extremely understanding of my situation and and said I could bring the car over right away for them to look at it. When I arrived at Fladeboe (in the tow truck) I was immediately greeted by the service department and directed inside. Ryan introduced himself to me and we spoke about what was wrong with my car. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed immediately put my mind at ease. Within five minutes my car was taken back by the Tech and I being set up with a complimentary loaner car. To my suprise the loaner vehicle was a new Passat with only 900 miles on it! Around 3 hours later I received a call from Ryan who said they found the problem (bad coil pack) and my car would be fixed, washed and ready to go in an hour. I was unable to pick my car up that day due to work but the dealer said it was no problem that I keep the loaner for the night. I picked my car up the next day and it now runs better than ever! They also did a great job on the car wash. Obviously it wasn't a full detail but I've had cars washed at dealerships in the past that looked worse after. At first, I was very angry that a fairly new car (30,000 miles) would break down and leave me stranded on the freeway. I said to myself "I'm trading this car in after this even though I love it" but after this experience I think I'm going to keep my car for a while. Thanks again Fladeboe. More
Mark is the perfect example of Customer Service. I have always had good experiences at Fladeboe VW.
