Great Experience Buying a Golf Been to different VW dealers in the area but couldn't get a decent price on a 2015 VW Golf TDI Model S. But Norm Reeves offered a price guarantee that Been to different VW dealers in the area but couldn't get a decent price on a 2015 VW Golf TDI Model S. But Norm Reeves offered a price guarantee that if I found a better price within 5 days, that they would buy the car back. It's been 5 days and I couldn't be happier! We didn't initially have our trade in with us so we completed our purchase over the course of a few days. We got to work with two knowledgable and friendly sales reps, Johnnie Perez and Robert Yang. Both were very helpful and genuinely interested in getting to know us and help us find something that met our goals. Wrapping it up, Dan helped us seal the deal and drive away in our new Tiguan. This is our sixth Volkswagen and I'll be happy to return to Norm Reeves when we're ready to get number seven. More

Bad Experience Beware of the sales manager. Harley Davidson Ring. The guy is full of it. He will lecture you and judge you based on your appearance. Not to mention e Beware of the sales manager. They will try to pressure you into financing for a ridiculous rate. I'm in my late 20's and I like to dress casually. This is what he said when I chose not to finance. "You don't have credit, to build credit you need to pay bills, not for a cell phone, for like a car, or a house" -Fladeboe Volkswagen sales manager Nice one! If you had actually properly checked my credit you would have seen all my mortgage payments for Both of my houses. I regret not walking out. Also The brand new tiguan I bought from them had a broken a/c, had to take it to another vw dealership to fix. More
