Salesperson April Dean went above and beyond to work with me in purchasing a 2014 VW Jetta. She was both friendly and knowledgable. Very happy with the deal I got and also the trade-in value of my old vehicle. April was very helpful and even offered a light lunch from Starbucks while we were waiting on the financing department. About 5 days later I took the car in for some minor servicing and adjustments. Norm Snyder of the service department was both friendly and professional as well. My VW was finished in about 30 minutes. Great turn around time for a car dealership. Based upon my experience so far, I most definitely would not hesitate to recommend Norm Reeves Volkswagen Superstore to anyone in the market for a new or used car! More
