Because every negative review was answered personally from the general manager Taylor Conant making a genuine effort to "make it right". As a consumer and multiple car buyer over the yrs. to me that was where I wanted to give my business . I bought a beetle that had been on the lot for over 450 days and expected some challenges with the car after sitting so long and indeed did. First the front brakes chattered BAD and after two days I took it back and the shop foreman Eddie Silva drove my car with me and immediately said they needed to replace pads and rotors at their cost. One week later (1100 miles) again back because of the oil change now! Message from the computer. Service manager Jonathon Davis again showed how much they care when he agreed that the oil needed to be changed because of the amount of time it had sat on the lot. Again their cost. Yes these were things that should have been done before I drove the car home the day I bought it but when dealing with so many cars and so many people things are bound to,fall through the cracks at times. No harm no foul. When it came to purchasing the car that process was painless. I first contacted TJ ( Internet manager) and expressed an interest in a car. Response came back to me in less than an hr. Drove the car that afternoon and left to do some research both on the car and dealership. Contacted him the next day via email and agreed on a price. I went to,the dealership the next day and sat briefly with the sales manager David Soracco and further discussed the value of my trade (13golf) and the deal was done. Randy Pushckor was the gentleman that took over ( TJ was not there) and was nothing but professional. After all was said and done I was sitting with Kris's Marmol in finance signing docs. And I was off to enjoy my new tdi. Robert Yang and Randy Pushckor then showed me the new features of the 14 that I did not have on my 13. Yes my review was written backwards Service then sales but it is all about service. Yes the sales part was great but if u are going to give a business your hard earned money shouldn't the entire process be about SERVICE??? So don't just read the good reviews about a business read the bad ones to and you might just find Norm Reeves VW really cares about their customers from sales through many yrs.of service! When I arrived at this dealer (the second on my list), I was met by Robert Yang. We introduced and I made clear my intent. He graciously acknowledged that and proceeded to show me various Tiguans in which I was interested. I was very impressed with Robert and his friendly and sincere demeanor and ESPECIALLY with his knowledge of the Tiguan vehicle. So much so that I could tell that he GENUINELY BELIEVED in the product. To me, as a knowledgeable car enthusiast, that was a very big positive. Well, I did end up leasing a new Tiguan – something I had vowed not to do that day. This is thanks primarily to Robert, with the help of Reza and others on the sales/finance staff. Together, with Robert as my advocate, they patiently worked out a deal that I was happy with.
