The service department is great. I had a transmission issue with my 2013 Camry and visited another Toyota Dealerships in Richardson that was not able to fix the issue. In another attempt to fix my car, I stopped in Cowboy Toyota and was greeted by Shelly Jackowski in the Service Department. She was very friendly and listened to my issue. She called Terry from service and had him ride with me to determine what the issue may be. Terry was very helpful and had me set an appointment so I could leave my car. Together, they made me feel like Customer Service was a number 1 priority. After leaving my car, they fixed the issue the first time. Great Job. More
Best Service Department in the Metroplex! Hands down! I will only bring my Toyota Camry or Scion Xb to Carlos Ramirez for my car to be serviced. He makes me feel like family, always making sure my car is taken care of in a timely manner, and that if I have any issues they are taken care of immediately. I can tell he has been trained to give excellent customer service and it is a plus he is Bilingual. I will never get my car serviced with any other service advisor! C More

Justin was also very friendly and attentive and answered all the questions we had. He spent 15 minutes showing us how to set up the GPS route finder before the service was begun. He is definitely a terrific advertisement for high quality service at Cowboy Toyota. We'll be back!! More
