They had a 2015 Honda Civic LX listed for about $10,800 with 112,020 miles. Kelley Blue Book puts that car around $10,320 to $11,470. Then they showed me the actual numbers. They added a $3,900 warranty, $995 GAP, $995 protection package, $1,295 security system, and $895 in accessories, bringing the total to over $20,000. At that point, I wasn't even open to negotiating. The pricing just didn't make sense. I told them politely that the deal felt off and honestly a bit insulting given the pricing. Instead of explaining anything or working with me, they got defensive and basically showed me the door, saying "have a good day, sir" with a smile. I've been in sales, and I've never operated like that. For me, it's always been relational and about the customer experience, not stacking add-ons and pressuring people into bad deals. It honestly feels like some dealerships are just looking for that one desperate person who won't question anything. There was no transparency, just packed on add-ons and pressure. People need to be aware of this. Also I posted this on multiple online platforms and it's blowing up. More
Awful sales practices, don’t rest customers fairly. Go elsewhere at all costs, if you want to be treated fairly. Go elsewhere at all costs, if you want to be treated fairly. More

Had a lot of issues with getting the finance manager to call back and get paperwork done. Daughters trade-in car should’ve been. paid by the dealership, but never got done. call back and get paperwork done. Daughters trade-in car should’ve been. paid by the dealership, but never got done. More
Thank you for a great car buying experience. Excellent Service! Financing was able to beat my NavyFederal pre-approval. Excellent Service! Financing was able to beat my NavyFederal pre-approval. More
Spent over 5 hours at this dealership after coming in specifically to look at new Mazdas with the advertised low APR financing. Instead, Mo repeatedly pushed toward a used “dealer loaner” that was descri specifically to look at new Mazdas with the advertised low APR financing. Instead, Mo repeatedly pushed toward a used “dealer loaner” that was described as a great value, despite not being what I came in for. I was told they could compare rates for both the used car and the new car I originally wanted. After sitting for nearly two hours waiting to speak with finance, I used that time to research the used vehicle and discovered it was not the good deal it was being presented as. When finance finally returned, the used-car rate they offered was nowhere near the new-car APRs I had asked about. I was then told I wouldn’t even qualify for the promotional new-car rates if I wanted to pivot, which immediately raised concerns since I know my credit score. Only after pressing for clarification did they claim the issue was “student loans”, which I have never had, then admitted they were reviewing the wrong credit application (150pts lower than my score). That alone was extremely concerning. Be cautious if you come here: used vehicles may be aggressively pushed, and you should verify that your own name and information are actually on the finance quote. Otherwise, you may be given inaccurate or misleading information about your credit or rates, and be told to not believe anything you read on Consumer Reports in terms of their reliability on the CX50 to continue to push the used car on me instead of the new CX5. For comparison, I went to a different Mazda dealer the same day, purchased a new car in 2.5 hours, was allowed to test drive and view the vehicles I actually wanted, and qualified for the low APR financing without issue.
