Messed up on my lease and has taken over 3 months to fix. No communication, no resolution and no accountability. Both Cesar and Alex from the finance dept. will not return my calls/emails. I never received a No communication, no resolution and no accountability. Both Cesar and Alex from the finance dept. will not return my calls/emails. I never received any statements/account information and now HMF is calling me daily stating I'm 2 payments behind and have incurred late penalties. Is this how Cerritos Hyundai treats their customers? Do not recommend unless you want your credit ruined by an inept finance dept. More

Instead of telling your customers that if we do not perform a certain maintenance . Threaten to void my factory warrant . Quit using scare tatics to sell people .
