In Love with New Car I came here in summer 2018 looking at prices for a Honda Civic LX and EX. Unfortunately, my family and I were not able to make it work at that moment. I came here in summer 2018 looking at prices for a Honda Civic LX and EX. Unfortunately, my family and I were not able to make it work at that moment. Our sales person was Sami. He was very informative about the cars. After our meetings, he would check in from time to time, asking us if we were still interested in the car. He was persistent, but pushy. Flash forward almost another year, I am in the market for a new car. We previously went to Puente Hills Nissan and had a very bad experience, which made me felt like I was just a walking dollar sign than a person. Despite this, I still had to look around for another car. One of my first choices to go back was Norm Reeves because of Sami and his quality service. I went to Norm Reeves and a gentleman named Terrance helped us out. He showed us the 2019 Honda LX, Sport and EX. He explained the features on all of the cars and was more than happy to answer any of our questions. He really made me feel like a valued customer and I am glad that the car leasing process was very easy here. I love my new car!! Thank you Norm Reeves, Sami and Terrance! More
