The GSM later explained it was not the credit issue (I have a co-signer who has a perfect credit score above 800) but rather, the incestived rate special 0.9% they originally offered was a mistake. However, the finance director still demanded the vehicle be returned to the dealership or I must go with a higher rate 2.15% if I want to keep it. I chose to walk out because this dealership is unprofessional and deceptive. They did what is called the "yo-yo sales trap". Can't trust these people! More

Over charge from estimate cost of $1330.90 by $1500.00 Took 2004 Honda Pilot for four items to be repaired (1) lower driver side seat panel need replaced (2) recharge A/C coolant and fix A/C blower (3) Took 2004 Honda Pilot for four items to be repaired (1) lower driver side seat panel need replaced (2) recharge A/C coolant and fix A/C blower (3) Right side seat belt not working (4) replace defective rear splash guard. The service writer said I would have to replace timing belt to prevent engine from locking up, This is required ever seven years.and your car is well past safety point. The service writer call later to tell me upon inspection they found in addition to the items requested major work was needed to bring the vehicle to be operated safety and new cost would by $4600.00. I told the service writer that I would not authorize any additional work. The vehicle only has 38594 miles.. Wear on the vehicle is determined by use not age. More

The Brothers that Go Above & Beyond! This past Sunday I had the privilege to go to the Honda West Covina dealership to purchase my 1st new car. Going in with an open mind and knowing what car I wanted, I was approached by a couple of very enthusiastic gentlemen by the name of Ryan & Patrick Lucas. After a couple of test drives, 2017 Honda Accord, I knew this was the one for me.
