‘MARYSLX’ Paul Fernandez is a very super friendly man and helpful. I work at a Ford dealer for over 25 years i know salesmen, and my 80 year old mother in law i Paul Fernandez is a very super friendly man and helpful. I work at a Ford dealer for over 25 years i know salesmen, and my 80 year old mother in law insisted on a honda and we got a CRV from Paul. No hassles, and we appreciated that the GSM and other managers came by to introduce them selves and checked in on us. Especially when it is persons who aren’t familiar with the car purchasing. We knew what we wanted and he took us thru the entire process very smoothly. Eugene in the finance department was amazing, he walked us thru the entire process in a very professional and transparent manner. It helps greatly if one does their homework before going there. Fastest transaction so far. Took us 3 hours to lease our new 2018 CRV-LX , Mr. Ryan Iaea took care of everything & personally fetched the car from their storage lot for us. Started off rocky We were scheduled to see Gabe or John, one of the sales managers. We were told they would bring John over to us. When a male approached us and said, We were scheduled to see Gabe or John, one of the sales managers. We were told they would bring John over to us. When a male approached us and said, "Ibrahim", my husband said, "hi, you're not John?" Immediately Ibrahim said, "why are you mad?!" We weren't upset, just confused that we were told one thing and a different person showed up. It must have been his culture to speak to us that way, but it can easily throw someone off or start off the experience at your dealer on a bad note. It took at least 10 minutes before we could even talk to Ibrahim because he said he was bringing John, sales manager over...which he never did. He finally ended up taking care of us on his own, which was fine, just too long of a wait. Other than this, it was a good experience. More

First time buying a car and decided the first stop would be Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina, we were luckily to meet Ricardo Villamar (sales & leasing consultant) wh and decided the first stop would be Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina, we were luckily to meet Ricardo Villamar (sales & leasing consultant) who was friendly, informative, and most importantly did not make me feel pressured. I drove two cars , asked many question and some over again and he answered all of them. Left having an idea of what car I wanted but wanted to “shop around”. Next day ended up at another Honda dealership where none of my questions were answered, felt embarrassed to ask questions and feeling as though I was inconveniencing them. So I went right back to Ricardo, sat down and asked all the questions I had( had my credit score explained to me, reviewed my car payments, reviewed down payments over and over until it made sense to me) and got my car !!! If you’re looking for a car and don’t know where to start Ricardo and Honda West Covina is the place to go. I got the car I wanted and I don’t have a horror story feeling taken advantage of/ripped of/lied to which is just as important. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ricardo V. More
