After an exhausting 3 month search, I made it to Bill and his group (Will Douillette, and Glovanni Aguiniga).They were professional, and showed integrity. The care they exhibited, let me know I was at the right dealership. No service! Had an appointment for an oil change. Waited 15+ minutes for service advisor to even talk to me. She told me it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change! Had an appointment for an oil change. When I told her I had to be out of there in an hour she took the car back to service and told me they could NOT do it in an hour! Why even have "appointments" if it doesn't mean anything.
