July 6 I Visited Port Charlotte Honda after shopping around and all I can say is it was the best experience I had buying a car. All the staff members are friendly and are truely there to help. Let me explain what outstanding to me means. Zack was there for the whole entire transaction and i mean as little as a welcoming hand shake all the way to the end to ensure I had the car I wanted and was looking for. I spent about 3 hours confused and unsure of the vehicle i wanted. I gave Zack the details i was looking for and the cars I was interested in, Little did I know Zack let me test drive every car I pointed out with the features off the car and even the quotes on Insuring the car. Zack was friendly and yes every car dealer is but this was a whole different experience. You can tell Zack was not just selling me a car to sell it, he wanted to make sure I was leaving with no doubts that i bought the right vehicle. Another great thing he always had recommendations and asked all lifestyle question's to match my needs. All I can say is I bought my last car from a dealer and The associates and Zack mainly blew them out of the water. I will continue my business and be a long term customer with Port Charlotte Honda absolutely phenomenal service. At 62 years of age, I have experienced purchases through many car dealerships, especially around the St. Petersburg, Pinellas County area. To date this car purchase through David Hilliard has been the most many car dealerships, especially around the St. Petersburg, Pinellas County area. This young man doesn't push or force a car purchase on you, he really listens and fine tunes the right car and deal in such a genuine way, you feel he's a relative by the time you sign on the dotted line. I was more than satisfied with my experience. Over several days corresponding with David Hilliard and visiting in person, I finally decided to purchase a used Honda Accord. I was treated quite well by all individuals I came in contact with and felt that I received a fair and reasonable deal.
