Under the guidance and care of Sales Specialist Rodney Hayes I was able to purchase the vehicle I had my heart set on, a 2013 Honda CRV. I spoke with Rodney approximately one week prior to purchasing the vehicle at the Health Club where we both work-out. Rodney spent his valuable free time and allowed me to interrupt his work-out routine several on several occasions to discuss some of the options and features concerning the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at the Dealership on the day of the purchase I was pleasantly greeted by half the staff. I had my game face on, and I was ready to play the game. I was ready to walk out of the dealership as many times as needed in order to get the deal I wanted. Much to my surprise negotiations went smoothly and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Rodney was a complete Gentleman throughout the entire process, and I felt as though he was on my team working for me. I was able to purchase a new Honda that day for a fair price without any regrets thanks to Rodney Hayes, Management and staff. Before leaving the dealership Rodney took the time to set up the bluetooth and go over all the features and functions of the vehicle, including maintenance schedules. After checking numerous Honda dealerships in our area (on line and in person) I found the absolute best prices at Port Charlotte Honda. The dealership is 2+ hours from our home so we would not of even consid line and in person) I found the absolute best prices at Port Charlotte Honda. The dealership is 2+ hours from our home so we would not of even considered them if they their prices on pre-owned Honda's wasn't great. We had the pleasure of working with Zach Bolling who showed us 2 pre-owned Honda Fit's as well as the new Fit. Zach was very professional and pointed out why it would be to our advantage to consider new vs. pre-owned. When I asked him if there was anything he could do with the price on the new Fit his answer was yes and that closed the deal! We had been told by a dealer in our area "the price is the price, we can't work with you on it". Not only did we get a much better price we received an addtional $500.00 towards the down payment from Honda Financing that no one had even mentioned prior to our visit to Port Charlotte Honda. Long story short it was well worth the drive! I'm now the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Fit (I named her Charlotte...) and I have Port Charlotte Honda to thank.
