Phenomenal Experience! I have never had such a wonderful experience in any car dealership I’ve been to. From calling in about a particular vehicle, to signing all of the pap I have never had such a wonderful experience in any car dealership I’ve been to. From calling in about a particular vehicle, to signing all of the paperwork, our experience was phenomenal. My husband called into the dealership inquiring about a particular vehicle a few days ago, and we were fortunate enough to have met Travis Morales. My husband isn’t always easy to deal with and is very particular about things. Travis went above and beyond anything we could’ve asked for, exceeding our expectations from the start. From dozens of text messages and phone calls, he was always extremely responsive. Travis knew we lived in Fort Myers and it would be a little bit of a haul for us on a weekday with a toddler. My husband and I figured out a time to go after work during the week and it unfortunately happened to fall on Travis’ day off. That didn’t stop him from accommodating us. He actually came into work on his day off just to meet us. He was extremely personable, honest, and genuine. It doesn’t get much better than that when working with someone to buy a vehicle. I would recommend Port Charlotte Honda to anyone looking for that “wow” experience. More

Shame on them for taking advantage of my Elderly Mother! My mother, who is 73 years old, recently widowed was knowingly taken advantage of by Edwin Benson. My father, whom took care of the finances, passed My mother, who is 73 years old, recently widowed was knowingly taken advantage of by Edwin Benson. My father, whom took care of the finances, passed away 7 months ago. My mother was soothingly coerced into a 6.7% 6 year contract. When the family got wind of this within 24 hrs we contacted the dealership to attempt to unwind the contract. We were not going to return the car. We were going to either lease it instead of buying it and cosign the contract in order to obtain a lower interest rate. Edwin promptly refused despite being informed of my mother's lack of understanding of the contract, the fact that she is on fixed income and that we intend on keeping the car. He cited that there are no cooling off period laws within Florida. That is true but that doesn't mean the dealership, although not obligated, can not unwind a contract. If Edwin wanted to he could have chosen to do so even if he is not obligated to do so. I would never recommend this dealership or it's affiliates to anyone and strongly encourage you to find other reputable locations that will not prey on the vulnerable or would at least reverse course when their mutually beneficially avenues for both the dealership and the patron. Shame on you! More
