Greed over honest service Went for oil change tire rotation. Honda advisor called said there was fluid leak on engine he suggested to wash engine and put dye in system to find Went for oil change tire rotation. Honda advisor called said there was fluid leak on engine he suggested to wash engine and put dye in system to find leak. Total $222.44 i agreed took car home. Went out next morning AC not working. Brought back for dye check advised that AC stopped working after engine wash. Advisor want to charge $130 for AC diagnostic i said maybe something was knocked loose with wash he said wash is under car not near AC and would not check AC without money even though this happened on their watch. He could have checked and told me what was wrong. Instead he called back later to tell me leak was power steering pump need change that and belt for $584 and vtec gasket had oil on it $420 (i had changed this 1 yr ago with local mechanic) so that was a total rip off! Every time i go there its never just the oil change. The local mechanic around the corner charges half of the price and does honest work. Will never go to honda dealer again. Service department is the worst. More

We returned because of the positive experience, low pressure and willingness to do business together. Amanda was awesome and we worked together entirely through Text and Email prior to the deal. She texted me back and forth additional pictures of the vehicle to make me feel at ease since we were traveling in. We were "those" people that showed up at 7:50pm to buy a car. We were there in the pouring rain and didn't leave with our new vehicle until 10pm. Amanda and finance were willing to stay and helped us through the process. We have 5 kids and logistics of getting to dealership were tough, so we truly appreciate their flexibility. I felt like they actually cared about our situation and weren't just trying to move a vehicle. More
