He was super helpful and set us up with a few vehicles to view in our price range. We drove a Chevy Equinox 2011 and really liked it. I spoke with Robert Savettiere (I was very surprised the Sales Manger was in that late at night, it was almost closing time.) I came back the next day to test drive with Mom. She loved the car. Dustin Smith helped us with the paperwork and explained everything in detail, answering all of our questions. This dealership is by far the most dedicated and professional that I have ever experienced. They all went above and beyond my expectations of purchasing a car from a dealership. Dishonest/Incompetent The service department was deceitful in its analysis. Finally reached the service manager who did have the mechanic due the service update necessary. In the meantime, Brian Serrano tried told me the blower motor was making noise - I had never heard the noise before or since. I drove home with the problem solved. The next time I tried to drive the car, I had to have it towed due to problems that I will have to wait for them to tell me. I lost total trust when I asked the manager why I had not received the ususal survey and he responded that the technician had written that the "customer had declined" recieving a survey. How tidy!!! More
