Unbelievably excellent experience - One Pay Lease I was looking for a one pay lease on the new 2019 HR-V Sport for my mom. While visiting a previous dealership who didn't know how to process a one pay I was looking for a one pay lease on the new 2019 HR-V Sport for my mom. While visiting a previous dealership who didn't know how to process a one pay lease (lower money factor and lower total tax VS traditional lease, and shows $0 balance on credit report), I submitted price requests on Edmunds. Norm Reeves Honda Irvine was one of the results. I decided to visit them on my way back home. I met Ray (Internet Sales Manager), who from the start was very professional, active listener, while also doing his due diligence to protect dealer margins. Ray located 2 HR-V Sport in the color my mom wanted. During the negotiation process, it was fair and transparent, which is mostly unheard of these days at Southern California dealerships. Ray was able to meet our target budget, gracefully and expeditiously moved me forward through the rest of the transaction process. I have to say, it was nice to see the management team at a desk that was in the main showroom, rather than hidden behind glass doors. It was the first indicator of the level of transparency you can attain at this dealership. Finance was painless and straightforward, and they knew and respected our tight budget, so no additional fees were introduced. Finally, Ray accompanied me and drove the new vehicle to my mom's work, as she was not available at the time to take delivery at the dealership. These gestures are typically unheard of for heavily negotiated deals. Very impressed, happy to have made a new relationship with a Honda dealer that I feel I can trust. Everyone's mileage will vary, but kindness goes a long way here! More
