Scam Artist Dennis was my sales person at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine, he seemed nice and honest. When my friend and I sat down with him to start pricing the vehicl Dennis was my sales person at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine, he seemed nice and honest. When my friend and I sat down with him to start pricing the vehicle he told me that he was going to get me the best price; he also told me that they have a 5 day price guarantee and that within 5 days after purchasing the vehicle if I found the vehicle for a less price that all I would have to do is bring that price in and they would beat it or buy the car back. Simple and easy. Well I actually did find the vehicle for way less (an additional $1100 less). I had the other dealership send me the offer in an email and I sent it over to Dennis and then all xxxx broke loose. Dennis proceeded to say he called the other dealership and talked to their GM and that their GM would never sell it to me at that price etc... I was working with two individuals from the other dealership and they both assured me that wasn't the case. Not only that but in order to honor the better offer from the other dealership I would need to have a purchase order for the vehicle they were offering me. I called the other dealership and they said that yup that is a trick they do, it’s actually not good enough to have it in writing, which is all that was stated to me by Dennis, but I actually needed to pretty much buy that other vehicle at that price in order for Norm Reeves to take that deal seriously. I was like, WHAT I have to essentially buy an additional vehicle to prove this, who can do that? Then the other dealership said they wouldn't go through all that work just so Norm Reeves could match their price for me, which makes since. Dennis was not AT ALL forthcoming with that information and he implied the simplicity of just brining the offer in writing which I did in a detailed email. I also had a friend call into the Norm Reeves Honda Irvine dealership that same day and asked about the price of the same vehicle that I had purchased, Hamid the sales guy gave my friend a $600 quote price even lower than the vehicle I bought with an 1.9% APR which isn't even being offered at this time. I came in and talked to Sean the sales manager and told him what was going on, Sean was not at all willing to work with me at all with the written offer from the other dealership and when I told him about the offer his other sales guy Hamid he still gave me a hard time. I showed him the texts from Hamid and I told Sean I felt like this whole thing was a huge scam and I totally got played from their business and I had a bad taste in my mouth and I just didn’t want to be a part of this anymore. Sean left and came back to honor the Hamid offer of $600 off, my friend and my mother was with me and they can testify to how I was treated. I could’ve saved a lot more money at the other dealership. I will never shop here again and all of my friends and family members will know the games that are played there. Norm Reeves Honda is not an honest place to buy vehicles at, they are not honest and they would not honor the other dealerships price as I was told at the beginning of purchasing my vehicle. I will also report Norm Reeves Honda Irvine to the BBB. Side note, I actually wanted to add a wireless charger to my vehicle and asked for a accessories sheet and never got one. I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic Sedan Touring. More

Kayvon was helpful and fast i came in with my daughter last week and we weren't sure what car to get her as a first car. He told us that we couldn't go wrong with either vehicle it really just came down to size. He followed up with us a few days later to see if we had decided on which one was better for her. I came in the next day and picked the HRV, he was so helpful and very organized getting everything together and getting me in and out as quick as possible. We will for sure be recommending him to any friends that purchase a Honda. More
