I also thought James Butterfield was terrific, explained all the paperwork thoroughly. I have not purchased a new car in over 25 years (yes, I keep my cars a LONG time) and sure was happy about this whole process. Excellent tension free experience My wife and I recently purchased a new CR-V with the help of salesperson, Christian Genet. We had been to other Honda Dealers and intended to visit ot My wife and I recently purchased a new CR-V with the help of salesperson, Christian Genet. We had been to other Honda Dealers and intended to visit others later that day, Genet spent about 25 minutes with us AND WE NEVER TALKED PRICE. All of our questions were competently answered. Later that day, OVER THE PHONE, we negotiated a verbal deal. We then took that deal to two other dealers who would not even talk to us once we told them the price that we had at Irvine. One said that the sales agent was obviously lying. We then went back to Irvine to buy the car. Every thing orally promised was already in writing and waiting for our signatures. No lying, just honest professional people who were genuinely glad to do business with us. When all was said and done, I told the salesperson that I was a lawyer (38 years). He shook my hand and said that made no difference. He was right. I didn't have to be a lawyer to be respected there. More

I was not the easiest customer as I complicated things by working with a floor sales person (Sebastian Kavoosi) first and then with the internet sales manager (Jose Torres) next to find the best deal for myself (get lowest price on new car and highest value for my trade-in). If you have bought a car before you know mixing the on floor sales with internet sales is not a good idea. But i was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and courtesy offered by both Sebastian and Jose. They had a customer first attitude and ensured that they meet my requirements. I highly recommend both Jose and Sebastian to anyone who wants to buy a Honda. Honest, courteous, straightforward ... Thanks guys. More

My favorite was Orlando. He was knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. I spent several hours with Orlando test driving and filling out paperwork, all the while speaking to him on a personal level. It felt more like hanging out with a friend rather than a stranger. Like I said, no pressure at all. I went at my own pace, coming and going, until I was ready to buy. I would recommend this dealership to everyone for service or sales.
