I worked with Ehmed (the Internet Sales Manager) over the phone when researching what Pilots were available. He was thorough and I could hear him panting as he ran outside to confirm inventory as opposed to just checking on a computer or just telling me they had what I was looking for. I appreciated knowing exactly what was on the lot before I came. When my wife, son and I came in, we were greeted by Drew. Drew was very personable and not pushy at all. He had a great balance of service and persistence. He efficiently showed us different models to help us decide what was best for us. He was also very thorough and took us to a local storage lot to see if there were any other Pilots to choose from. Drew also helped me get what I feel was a fantastic price. The coordination of my trade was also simple (utilizing a recent Carmax quote). We appreciated his open and direct communication. The was our best experience purchasing a vehicle. It had to be easy and quick for as we did not plan on buying a car that night (we had to pick up our daughter from sports). From the point that we came in to look at Pilots to the point that we drove away with our new vehicle was about 2 hours. The best part was the price negotiation process was super quick and efficient, with no drama (about 15 minutes).
