Surrounding dealers also describe their sales antics as aggressive and I agree. Called their bluff on an "aggressive" offer and they would not honor it blaming it on a "miscommunication." Poor customer service skills. General Sales Manager sent an automated "Thank you for visiting" email which I found inappropriate and another sign of poor customer service since had his employees informed him of my dissatisfaction his follow through could have been different. Once he did follow through it was too late and I had to explain everything that happen. I visited Ocean Honda, Santa Ana Honda and Hardin Honda and they were ALL much more professional. More
