I was contacted by thier internet sales guy Ahmed right away I was on the Norm Reeves website and saw the text number so I decided to give it a try... I was contacted by thier internet sales guy Ahmed right away. He was very upfront and attentive. Next thing I knew I was at Norm Reeves Honda buying the exact car I was interested in for a very fair price which included a trade in. Everyone there was very courteous and everything went very smooth. Sam in finance was very nice and went through the paperwork in record time and then I was on my way in my new car. I travelled from Santa Monica, which was a bit of a drive, but it was well worth it. I would (and have) recommend Norm Reeves Honda of Irvine to my family and friends. Thank you Ahmed and Sam! More

They shredded one of my most important document by accident and their attitude was not good and I HAD TO go to the dealership twice AFTER I drove off with my car to get it ironed out. More

don't recommend this dealer!!! I recently purchased a new car from this dealer. To keep this short to the point - this dealership lied on 3 different occasions and all were by the d I recently purchased a new car from this dealer. To keep this short to the point - this dealership lied on 3 different occasions and all were by the dealership manager. The grade was on on the sales person but on the management itself. After shaking on the deal with the manager on the agreed upon price he said he made a mistake and took his offer back. He also lied and said that the new Hondalink navigation $60 app would work with my new car. So instead of purchasing navigation I bought the app. Nope it didn't work. And then to make sure before the deal was signed - I asked the manager if I could purchase the factory Honda nav if I didn't like the app - he gave me a quote and said yes it is available to purchase. Nope can't purchase the factory nav after talking with the sales person. So after a week and 3 lies I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Or be on your guard because they can't be trusted. Right from meeting Cooper it was clear that he was determined to make the process of finding a new car enjoyable. It was a lot of fun test driving different models and once I had chosen what I was looking for he made the numbers work with my extremely tight budget. Even though he seems younger than your average salesman he is definitely top of the line!
