I read the reviews on here and see they are written by the employees themselves. If you look up consumer reports there are 29 pending complaints/ investigations going on now. My story is I researched what I wanted and I got pew approved through my credit union. I went there met a nice salesman and we test drove it and played with all devices. I want to buy it. Or wanted to. We went inside the salesman get Jun, his boss to go the next step and he demands my social security number. I Saidi only asked for the " out the door price" that is all I do not want my credit ran by you. He then demanded on a louder more forceful voice my San and that the federal government demands that information and I am breaking federal law.. Yup , now I am a fire chief and 24 years in public service and that is not going to fly , he runs and gets another supervisor Juan a manager demanding my Ssn and I stated I have the money but I also having funding through my credit union but you two have no authority to bully anyone for that info . Folks it is against the law and I wonder how many people give it and how secure that info is with Norm Reeves Honda More

He later took me on two other drives and stayed with me all day while working through paper work making sure he explained everything very carefully. He even did the final sale detailing on the car himself so we didn't have to wait any longer. Long was a great help and got me into the perfect car. I didn't appreciate that about the other dealers and how they wanted to charge extra fees because the HR-V is in high demand. I was connected to Long Leho here at Norm Reeves Honda - Irvine, and I really appreciated how he respected what I wanted and was so efficient, resulting in me not wasting my time. I loved how professional Long was and how he did not try to xx me or haggle me. I also really appreciated how the experience was just as great for Sam in Finance. More
