Most pleasant, easiest and fairest deal EVER!!! I must say my wife and I were shopping for a car for some time now and upon meeting Long we sealed the deal in no time. There was no pressure to buy, he calculated payments on the spot and even held the car model for us till we were ready. Other dealers gave us the run around, couldn't provide written offers like Norm Reeves, gave verbal costs without backing it up and so forth. But with Long; everything was transparent; no hidden fees, answered all our questions and of course the Honda Car and Quality speaks for itself. He may not wear the Blue Shirt but he well embodies the helpful friendliness you see in the Commercials. I decided to drive to Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine since they are in my neighborhood to make some decisions and to look up a future selection to the next car that I want to have beside the civic. While I was gathering some price information from some Honda Accords and CRVs, Michelle Curreri rushed to welcome me and assisted me in my searches and decisions, I truly say this visit with Michelle's assistance was one of two visits since it was important for me to make a qualified decision towards my Leased Honda Civic 1st and it was very successful decision that I made with Michelle and she was very helpful and patient with me! I am still into deciding on another New Honda. I hope it is the CRV this time. And Yes I have to make a second visit to Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine to make another qualified decision. Straight Forward and Honest I had a great experience with my first time purchasing a vehicle through internet sales. I was searching for a Silver 2015 Honda Odyssey and could not I had a great experience with my first time purchasing a vehicle through internet sales. I was searching for a Silver 2015 Honda Odyssey and could not find one locally here in San Diego since they were all sold out and making room for the 2016's. I found one via the internet at Norm Reeves in Irvine and sent a request for a quote. The following morning I received and email with a quote that I was extremely happy with from Bryan Kerr. I knew after all my research and talks with other dealers that it was an excellent price. I called him back immediately to see if the van was still in stock and it was. Although he couldn't technically hold it for me, he did and I was able to purchase the car a couple of days later when I could make the trip up to Irvine from San Diego. Other dealers made claims of having the HR-V in stock but couldn't deliver, but just one call to Norm Reeves Honda in Irivne and I had my New Honda 2016 HR-V. They gave me a good trade-in price for my old car and the price quoted on their website and on the phone was exactly the same when I arrived at there dealership. I drove over an hour to buy my new car from Norn Reeves as the dealers by me just didn't have the stock on hand or the models I was interested in. The whole process was just about an hour, thanks again to sale consultant Sabastian Kavoosi and finance manager Steve Nguyan for making the the best car buying experience l've ever had. More
