Easiest car purchase ever Kasim was no pressure and actually listened more than he spoke. I left the lot, after test driving a car without any sales pitches or tactics. Called a couple hours later, negotiated the price, set the price and came back for about a 45 minute transaction. Sales floor manager Scott was awesome as well. The car had a minor issue I noticed the day after buying. He told me to bring in and they would handle. Went there next day, Dylan in the service Dept assisted me. They got me a rental, addressed and fixed the issue same day free of charge and hassle. Will likely buy all future cars from this lot if possible. More

Hamid met was there waiting for us and let us test drive the cars we were interested in, provided us a good deal on the price, and helped us through the purchase process. After the Finance department he met us and got the vehicles ready, and demonstrated all the key features and where to get more information. He made sure we were happy and everything was copacetic. Hamid did a great job for us from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Hamid and Norm Reeves Honda for anyone interested in a Honda vehicle. The ONLY reason I don't give the dealership 5 stars, is the limited color selection of the cars we wanted. More
