Wonderful experience at Norm Reeves in Irvine. That was how my wonderful experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Irvine began. He was very polite and concerned that I receive just what I needed- not pushy about anything I didn't think I needed or wanted. I went to the dealership to just drive the car I thought I wanted and ended up buying it that very visit. The entire process was very straight forward and not stressful as I had feared! I worked with Rick Acosta in finance and again everything was straight forward and not stressful. I drove away in my new beautiful 2016 CR-V and I couldn't be happier with it or the buying experience. Thank you Orlando and Rick! More

Surreal I didn't feel like I was dealing with a car salesman for the first time. He was listening to me, not trying to pressure me. The price, the service, and overall experience was undeniably the best ever. I have purchased a few new cars, but never was as completely satisfied as I am with this purchase. Don took his time with us and synced our phones with car, walked us through all the fun new toys our Honda has.
