Jay was the person who showed us the different cars. He wasn't being pushy but very patient since we were almost at their closing time. We originally decided to buy a lower trim but there was another higher trim we wanted but we didn't end up buying because of the much higher price. When we found out the higher trim car price was lowered on the website the next day, we made the situation known and talked to Garrett and Kai. Garrett really listened to our concerns and was on top of the situation and gave us a very good price for the higher trim car. Jay helped us with our test drive again and answered all of our questions. We also had no problems doing rest of the paper work and financing with Sam for the second time, who was nice and understanding. My husband and I were impressed with their customer service to make every customer happy even after we bought the car. More
