All we had to do was test drive the car to decide. Dan helped us with the test drive and the subsequent purchase. He was an easy-going pleasure to work with. The entire process, including doing the paperwork with Rick, was a breeze. I have purchased Hondas from three other dealerships over the years, two in south Orange County, and this was the best experience of all of them. I gave my local dealership a call when I was ready to buy, but they didn't have the car I wanted in stock. A big mistake right before a long weekend. Great Honda dealership 5 stars I walked into the dealership on Saturday and had two interactions with Honda associates. When I walked onto the dealership the first salesman to greet I walked into the dealership on Saturday and had two interactions with Honda associates. When I walked onto the dealership the first salesman to greet me seemed friendly but was still carrying some lunch on his suit jacket. He was helpful and got the process started, but ultimately wasn't willing to get me what I wanted. I ended up leaving the dealership to get lunch and think about the current offer. When I returned to sign the papers my initial salesman was "busy" with other customers and handed me off to Joe. Joe Khair was willing to go the extra mile and make sure I got exactly the Honda I wanted. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable. By the time I left the dealership in my new Civic I was in a better vehicle with more options, the wheels and tires I originally wanted and at a great price.
