I got online, left a request with Norm Reeves, and was introduced to Cooper Mugg, who was very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted. The entire atmosphere at the dealership is oriented around Customer Service. That, in and of itself, is worth a trip there. Everyone will focused on making you feel comfortable, but Cooper was a surprise. Don't let his youth deceive you. He is knowledgable and engaging. I would recommend both he and Norm Reeves to anyone in the market for a Honda. More

Why have I not rated Norm Reeve Honda (Irvine) 5 stars instead on 4 stars? There were two reasons: Not to go into too much detail, I did a very diligent research on the value of my trade-in vehicle and the Norm Reeve Honda price low-balled the value by $400 to $600 in value and that is after I balked at their original offer in which they increased my trade-in by $500. The last reason is having to sit down with the finance employee. I ended up getting Gap and Extended warranty. I am not sure if I really got the best price. I did balk the extended warranty and I was immediately given a $500 discount off the original quote. All additional services offered by Finance should by in print and posted at just the lowest discount price that can be offered. More
