We were fortunate to have Christian Genet as our sales agent as he was very knowledgable, courteous, patient and personable throughout the entire process. We were content with the final results after negotiations. Also found Sam Adbel to be very knowledgable, enjoyable, forthright and clear as he walked us through the financing process. Its always important to do your research and home work prior to engaging a dealership in a purchase (esp. used autos). Also helpful if you can obtain pre-approval for your financing from other sources to maintain some degree of control while negotiating for financing interest rates.
