A new Honda-twice. I went to Norm Reeves to buy my first new Honda in 10 years. Before I arrived, I called to ask a few questions regarding a couple different models and I went to Norm Reeves to buy my first new Honda in 10 years. Before I arrived, I called to ask a few questions regarding a couple different models and I was immediately helped by a salesman named Pat Kirby. He did the research I wanted and was very helpful so when I was ready to buy I went in and saw him. I decided to buy a 2016 Civic Ex-T. I loved it! After a couple of hours of decision making, dealing, and paperwork, I was out the door with my new car. The finance manager, Rick Acosta, made it so easy! Unfortunately, 7 days after buying my car I was involved in a 3 car accident. The accident wasn't my fault, and even though we were ok, I was mad my one week old car was toast! The car was determined totaled within two weeks so I decided to buy another car. Again! I decided to buy the exact same car so I went back to Pat and Rick at Norm Reeves. They delivered the exact same car, wrote up the exact same paperwork, and I was out the door in less than an hour. I really appreciated the work and care that Pat put in to get me both cars, the speediness of Rick and his paperwork and the whole staff for helping me through buying a new car. Not once, but twice.
